The IQueue uses a proprietary prioritization algorithm which rates each AR as high, medium or low priority. Not only does it figure out the prioritization for you, it also presents the data in a very simple organizational grouping.

MyQueue – The Queueing System You Customize
The MyQueue system is designed to allow the user to have more control. You should use this option if you want to dictate the prioritization. The MyQueue allows you to select configured work buckets. Each work bucket has a name and is shown in the drop down in the MyQueue tab. Simply select the work bucket from the drop down to start working the ARs contained by it.
