It is necessary now, perhaps more than ever, to apply automation to essential repetitive team tasks.  Think of this.

The need for prior authorizations is unavoidable, and yet, who on the team owns this responsibility?

Shavara’s Iridium Suite enables and empowers remote coders and billers to easily view and manage essential workflow assignments.

The following example shows Todos assigned to the individual user, Adrian, and the two teams he is a member of.

The user that completes the Todo and marks it Done, will be displayed in the Done By column.

If you have multiple practices in your database, you can also narrow down user selection to the individual practice level.

You can set a Team as your default Todo assignment.

Shavara’s Iridium Suite Task Master is associated with Todos.

This allows you to optimize the Todo system to schedule repetitive tasks.

Go to Todos and select tab Task Master.

To create a scheduled Task, select New.  In the Editor, complete the Assigned to, Subject and Note Fields (practice is optional.)  Complete the schedule as applicable. Save.

The task is saved in the table.
